This is the honest version of how I got here, and why it matters for you.
This is the honest version of how I got here, and why it matters for you.
I spent over a decade in healthcare. Senior roles, real responsibility, working alongside capable women at every level. And the whole time, something was going on that nobody was naming out loud.
Women were carrying enormous invisible loads. Hormonal change, shifting identity, relentless pressure. They were being praised for coping. But I could see what coping was costing them.
I could see it because I was doing exactly the same thing.
When perimenopause arrived I did not recognise it. Exhausted in a way I could not explain. Foggy in meetings I had run confidently for years. Still showing up. Still delivering. Still telling myself other people had it worse.
When I finally understood what was happening, the shift was not dramatic. It was quiet. One thing at a time. But it was real.
And it changed everything.
The gap between knowing what to do and actually being able to do it is almost never about information. It is about what is going on underneath. And that is exactly where coaching works.
I have spent over a decade in healthcare leadership roles, working alongside capable women at every level, watching what was being asked of them and what it was costing them. That is the lens I bring to every coaching session. Not theory. Not a model I read about. Something I lived inside, and lived through myself.

Clients do not just hear my experience. They feel it. And for a woman who has spent years being the strong one, being genuinely seen is often the thing that finally unlocks change.

Born in Australia, which probably explains the directness! I have lived in England long enough to feel completely at home. A good cup of tea, the Peak District on my doorstep, and the instinct to just say it straight. Honest and direct, always. But never without empathy.
I have done two charity fire walks and I would do them again tomorrow. Not because I am fearless. Because I have learned, quite literally, what your mind is capable of when you stop letting fear make the decisions. That lesson shows up in every coaching session I run.
Learn from what has been. Then move forward and grow. That is where the real living begins.
You just need to be willing to have an honest conversation about where you are and what you want
