What the quiz tells you...

Most women dealing with midlife overwhelm are managing the same surface symptoms: exhaustion, irritability, a feeling that something needs to change but not knowing what.

 

Underneath those symptoms, there are four distinct patterns. Each one has different roots, different costs, and a different path forward.

 

The quiz identifies which pattern is most active for you right now, and gives you a personalised result that explains:

  • Which pattern is driving your overwhelm and what it is called

  • Why it makes complete sense that you developed it

  • You answer twelve questions.  Honest, specific questions about how you are feeling and how you tend to respond. There are no right or wrong answers.

  • You receive your personalised result.  Your result page tells you which pattern is most active for you, what it means, and what to do with it.

  • You receive a short follow-up series.  A small number of emails specific to your pattern. Not generic wellness content. Each one builds on what you discovered in your result.

  • You decide what comes next.  Some women find the quiz and result are enough of a starting point. Others go on to the course or explore coaching. There is no pressure in either direction.

I created this quiz because I have been exactly where you are.

Hello, I am Elissa. I am a Midlife Wellbeing Coach who spent years juggling work, family and the quiet panic that I was not doing any of it well enough. On the outside everything looked fine. Inside, I was exhausted and permanently on edge.

This quiz draws on coaching tools, nervous system awareness and midlife-specific challenges to help you notice what is really going on, without judgment or overwhelm.

My approach is honest, practical and built around your real life. Health-informed, menopause-aware and behaviour-change focused. No wellness fantasy. No one-size-fits-all advice. Just a clear place to start.

How long does the Midlife Overwhelm Quiz take?

Most people complete the quiz in around three minutes.

Is this quiz therapy or a medical assessment?

No. The quiz is a reflective coaching tool, not a diagnosis. It can sit alongside therapy or medical support but does not replace professional advice. If you are concerned about your mental or physical health, please speak to your GP or healthcare provider.

Will my answers be kept private?

Yes. Your answers are confidential and are only used to send you your results and tailored email support. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What happens after I take the quiz?

You will be redirected to the results page where you will find out your archetype. Within a few minutes you will receive a personalised email from [email protected] with your full result. Over the following four days you will receive a short series of emails specific to your pattern, not generic wellness content.

Is this only for women?

The language I use often speaks to women in midlife because that is who I work with most, but the quiz is open to anyone navigating midlife responsibilities, changes and pressures.
